linked parameter in ipt is not updating ?

If anybody can help me why inventor is not doing what i asked to do ?

The parameter in sub assy (iam) is controlled by iLogic in main assy.

The is ipt in main assy uses the the parameter in subass (so no iLogic ) but this has worked for 2 weeks and isn't working anymore - please help ??

Can you please provide assembly file and iLogic code to investigate? Please make sure that files are non confidential.

I temporary solved it to control both parameters ipt in iLogic.
Enclosed pack&go of the file (with error) , looking forward what reason is?

I really do believe that if do a support request about a bug that I can send private the file set. If you don't support with servers l was hoping that onedrive (cloud) , how can I privately share the dataset with you?
