Control the angle of a HoleThreadNote leader?

Is there an API access to control the angle of a hole thread note leader? I can move the text.origin but I end up with this...

When I want this.

I tried messing with the DimensionLine.PutLineSegmentData only to realize it's read only.

Unfortunately I am able to confirm this issue. There is no method short of deleting and recreating the radial dimension that will allow for changing its: DimensionLine object property (which is obviously a LineSegment object), or Intent (geometry intent). While I can assign a variable of type LineSegment and change its values, nothing changes the original DimensionLine properties of the HoleThreadNote (or Radius Dimension, as they have a similar structure). At one time, when Visual Studio did respond that the DimensionLine properties had returned changed values, the HoleThreadNote did not move, and a second query of the HoleThreadNote properties showed no changes.

Unfortunately, there is no Inventor API to get leader of HoleThreadNote. Please log this wish list at idea station using below link.
