Update Prompted Field in Title Block

Hi All,

Anyone would have a i-logic code to replace in my title block few prompted entries texts.

Title block name: "A3"

Prompted Entry Field Name 1: "CLIENT"

Prompted Entry Field Name 1: "PROJECT"

The Title Block I use searches for that info on the first model view, in the drawing.

Could that solve your need?

If not, do you need to populate every drawing sheet with that info?

Yes, it can be done this way BUT i need to update bunch of drawings from the past that have those fields set as prompted fields so need to update it manually for each drawing and page, very time consuming process. If I would have a i-logic for that, that would be lovely. Thanks

Look for the text with <> around it. This would be the title of prompted entry or perhaps searching for just the text will work too..

So e.g see below example look for these lines and replace those components.

Case "CLIENT":
oPromptEntry = “Insert Text NameHere or parameter or iproperty”
