Drawing template doesn't match drawings !

Hi,

Don't know why this happened, but I edited some things on the drawing template and now the text that comes with the template appears in a different spot than what is shown in the template. I had to move the text on the template to a weird location to accommodate for this, but now its causing other issues.

Here's the template vs what shows up on the drawing, notice the disclaimer on the top:

Is the text included in the border or in the title block. Or is it a different sketch in the drawing?

The disclaimer on the top is in the border, although, some of the text in the title block also moved. (The text that is linked to iproperties, like 'Part Number'.

There should be a point on the title block where the text is constraint to. If you can find that constraint on the previous version of the drawing you can correct the error. Failing that position a point and use the fix constraint, then place a dimension to drive the text to the desired location.

Remember left, center and right aligned text will have a different insert point. That threw me off several times.

It could be easier to roll back to an early version as when these constraints/ positions go wrong you will be correcting it forever.

@A.Acheson All the text is fully defined. I searched through my vaulted history, the previous versions also have the same problem. I'd have to revert back to a original template, which is probably my last resort.

Think that a textstyle has been changed in the library! Change this back!

That was one of the most annoying problems to have. I finally fixed it by replacing some design data style files from an IPJ that did not have this issue.
