Workpoint on midpoint of a curve/curved edge

Is it possbile to create a workpoint on the midpoint of the curved edge of any feature.

I was not able to access the midpoint of an edge

Does anyone have any idea

You need not to provide the mid-point of an edge to create the workpoint, if you mean to do this via API, you can just call the WorkPoints.AddByMidPoint method and only pass in the edge object is fine. Please let me if this does not work for you.
