Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way to look the user options / customizations of Inventor, so I can choose one and then nobody can change.

In general, not. You may create an Inventor addin that could check/restore some critical settings during startup.

You can export and have your options saved as a backup; and it may be possible to write some program to check for if any are changed and re-import the standard set.
