'SimpleAddin' plugin example missing file: "SimpleAddInServer.rgs"

In the SimpleAddin plugin example in the SDK for Inventor, the file SimpleAddin.rc refers to file SimpleAddInServer.rgs which is not included in the SDK.

SimpleAddin.rc is installed here:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2017\SDK\DeveloperTools\Samples\VC++\AddIns\SimpleAddIn

It is not resolved. The .rgs file is not present in the project. Can you please update the SDK?

So how do we gets these updated? It looks like the SDK hasn't been updated in years.
