Can't install NINCAD 2018 HF1

I've tried to install the HF1, but it looks like the installer starts, goes on but then goes back, and nothing is updated (no "succesfully updated" message), version number is still on .141.

I first tried on Inventor 2018.0.1; then I succesfully updated Inventor to 2018.0.2 and tried again: no results, impossible to update NINCAD with this HF1

Tried download many times, using different PCs/connections to check for file download corruption, same result

P.s.

I don't see the hotfix in my student account

Win7 x64 SP1 up-to-date

the HF1 is available from the link below.

If you are still having trouble installing HF1, please try uninstalling the version of Nastran In-CAD you have installed, download a new installation file from your account, install using the download and then try installing HF1.

That's the page where I downloaded the HF1 from.

BTW I'll try to uninstall NINCAD, download and install it again
