Save Copy As when unsuppressing components

Having just changed from 2019 to 2021 i've noticed something seems to have changed it how it behaves.

In an assembly, i suppress some number of child parts/assemblies, it creates the next LOD.

If i then unsuppress or try to active the Master LOD, i get an endless stream of Save Copy As dialog boxes.

It doesn't happen every time but even if it happens once i need to hold down Escape for what feels like hundreds of boxes.

Is this a bug or something where i need to change by understanding/method?

Hi! I suspect the components might have unsaved change which need to be saved. I don't think unsuppressing a component would lead to the need to save the "unsuppressed" component document file. Please share an example that exhibits the behavior. I would like to understand it better.

I am unable to provide you any samples.

I did try to save inbetween each action and it did settle down but note that the only file under edit here is the parent in which i'm suppressing the children. There are no outstanding computable updates or errors in any child assembly.

When i tried again next day the error reappeared.

Seems like if i dont save inbetween suppressing and unsuppressing, it throws a fit.

I've used the same workflow in multiple Inventor versions, and this is the first time i've seen it do this. Saving at each step is new in this version.

Hi! If possible, please share the example files. I am happy to sign NDA if need be. We don't share client data. Only team members working on the issue have access to the files.

When there is prompt to save, it means Inventor has to save the files or the change will be lost. There are many workflows leading to change to the files. I need to see the example and the workflow
