Scrap percentage is 100 - efficiency

Reports can be customized if you can write HTML and javascript, but adding new data is not very easy. See https://help.autodesk.com/view/TNNUINV/ENU/?guid=GUID-90419F67-92EE-4A52-9D81-BB8C77474F48 .
Please describe exactly what you would like to see improved in reports. (These same reports are used in Fusion Nesting.)

This is a good request and we have similar requests from other users. Inventor Nesting is a separate system from CAM. NC program naming would be controlled from CAM. What format would you like to see? And how would you coordinate the NC serial number with nesting models?

Create a 3D model assembly model of the sheet and you can move the parts in that model. See https://help.autodesk.com/view/TNNUINV/ENU/?guid=GUID-493E3241-7758-4D5F-861C-9089127C0992

You can then use that model in CAM for creating 2D profile operations for plasma/laser/waterjet or 2D Contour or other milling operations.

This is a CAM issue. I believe if you make separation just a tiny bit larger than your tool you can get some commonline results. We have some other requests for this, are you interested in commonline for 2D profile or 2D contour. I know commonline seems like a good goal, but in actual use there are problems on the machine such as slivers or part warping that make it impractical.

Nesting does not know about the cutting process and feedrates so the nesting report can not have a cutting time. The setup sheets from CAM will show the Estimated Cycle Time for the tooling and feedrates used for the operations.
