Styles Editor - Cant format View label text

I would like to format my view label text in my "Standard Style". I want to change this in the Styles Editor, but the option to format the text is not available in the Styles Editor. I would like for the view text to be center justified.

The only way I can change this is after the idw is open, I have to edit the view label.

It is really locked from that menu for some reason, but if you alter the consumed Text style directly, it will modify the View Label default:
