Holes not extending properly & crash report no. 316772923

Please see my crash report. I was having a struggle getting (2) holes to stop at the depth of the center hole using Terminate feature option (one hole terminates at extended surface, other does not). I was turning each hole on and off independently until it finally crashed (report no. 316772923). The next time I tried it, it worked perfectly (screenshot below). Seems to be very unreliable at the moment.

Hi! As Shiva pointed out earlier, this is a known issue and it was reported as INVGEN-54684. The status shows it has been fixed on the internal build (targeting 2022.3 update).
