Custom threads error

I am modelling a Schrader valve. I found a thread data chart for tyre valve threads and inserted this into inventors thread.xls spread sheet.

Error when I set the major diameter of my model within the tolerance of the major diameter of 8V1 thread in my spread sheet.

Can you guys see what I am missing?

You did not click "+" to expand the error message, so we got no information on that.

I see a possible problem with your table, since usually all other tables have Major Dia (Max and Min) being greater than Pitch Dia (Max and Min), which in turn is bigger than Minor Dia (Max). Your table has the Minor Dia (Max) with a greater value than all others. I think that might be the issue.
You're basically setting up a thread on a surface of a cylinder that exceeds the thread's minor dia.
