iFeature Punch Tool icon not changing

I authored a punch tool ifeature. Afterwards, I changed the icon using the "Change Icon" tool. Now when I place my punch feature, I still get the original icon in my browser.

My new icon shows up in the ifeature tree, but not in my model when I place the feature. I know that the icons of previously placed features will not change, but from what I can tell new instances should show my new icon. I have tried restarting Inventor after the edit, but still no luck.

Am I missing something?

Looks the right workflow, simply save the ide file and place the ifeature would be enough you don't need to restart Inventor. I checked it in R2020.4.3 and R2022.2 but works like expected. Not sure what would be the problem at your device.
