How to use array around the line?

like the red line.

Because entering drawing environment, and project that line.

It can't click the line.

What version of Inventor?

Why did you Attach STEP rather than native Inventor files?

but i reference your model, and try again.

how do you show rectangular pattern below BODY:1 ?

You need to be on the Modeling tab as highlighted in their example above.
