Constraints with Springs and making them functional in assembly

I have looked on YT with no luck. I'm trying to do the following:

-Add spring properties to iprop so it can act naturally.

-Constrain spring within two walls and be functional.

Is this an adaptive or drive issue? (which I have little knowledge of both). I have alot to learn so i figured I'd start here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are three ways to do this.

1. Adaptive

2. Drive (or Animate) Parameter

3. Environments>Dynamic Simulation (real time and most realistic as a Spring Force).

Hi! There are quite a few instructional video showing how it is done through Adaptive or iLogic. Please google the terms "Autodesk Inventor adaptive spring."

Or, attach your files (zipped) here. Forum experts can help take a look. It should be fairly straight forward.
