how to separate solid into other solids

they sent me this file with the modeling of a closet. The problem is that only the closet doors are separated in solids. Everything else is as "solid body 1". I wanted to know how I can separate the closet parts to make the exploded view.

The simplest path could be using the split tool:

Split tool would work as Gabriel mentioned, but you'll end up splitting parts you want to be a whole part.

You'll need to use 'combine' to rejoin these unwanted splits after.

Once you're done, use the 'make components' command on the manage ribbon to split them into separate files.
