How to remove the residual features left from repeat pattern?

Hi I am trying to create grooves along the contour surface. I did an initial extrude cut at the top and repeated the cut using pattern. Most of the repeated cut has some leftover features on the surface. Does anyone know what is the best way to remove them? Thanks a lot!

Hi Sam, this is just the way it is patterning around the curve, some of the profile is not outside the original.

Add a bit to your sketch to get around this, you'll need to go into extrusion 2 and reselect the profile afterwards:

Thank you! I thought about that but hoping I could just select the unwanted features and delete them.

You can using the delete face, but it is a lot of work.

The easiest way is extending your exstusion profile and add this profile to your extrusion feature.
