Frame generator errors occured during inserting Frame Member(s)

Good morning,

I'm encountering a problem when trying to insert a frame that I recently created. Until now, I did not had any problem when including a frame (mostly aluminium profiles). When I try to insert the recently created one, the error "A frame member could not be created. The reason for the failure is unknown. Please retry." appears.

From that point, I am unable to add any other frame (even those who worked properly at first).

The only workaround is to reinitiate Inventor, and then I can use frame generator with the profiles that until now haven't give me any problem, but again, I am unable to add the recently created frame and when trying to, the error repeats.

There is any fix to this?

It looks like you're using Inventor 2022.... if you were using Inventor 2021, install the latest updates (2021.1 fixed a similar issue):

For Inventor 2020, it was recommended that you used templates that were not migrated, just generated in 2020+. Therefore you could also try generating yours in 2022 format to see if that works:

Is this error appearing only when you attempt to add a specific frame size? The content center file for it may be corrupted, which you would need help from your CAD or PDM admin to fix as this article shows:

I had Inventor 2021. I've updated it and it seems to work flawless now, had to call and force IT to do so... Thanks a lot!
