Please see attached cad file.

I couldn't authorize and publish as I-part file to use in frame generator.

This part, I believe, is too complex as it is for authoring as a Structural Member. What I did to simplify it was to create sketch on the end face, and used Project Geometry to project the entire face. Then I selected the entire new sketch, and Copied it to clipboard (ctrl-v).

Then, I started a new part file. Created a new sketch and pasted the profile sketch that I copied from your part. I closed the sketch and saved the file. Once you have the profile as a single sketch, follow this video on how to proceed with Authoring the profile for Frame Generator.
