Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'IF'.

I am trying to upgrade my Vault server from 2021 to 2022. Everything seemed to go as expected except I got an error when trying to Migrate the Vault. The error reads "Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'IF'." I done a lot of upgrades in the past and have never seen this one. How do I resolve this?
