Content center - default selection

Hi,

Is there a way to select the default choice in a content center family

Etc. do I have these nuts. We usually use material AISI-304, but sometimes also need Steel-mild. Therefore I have both materials in my family.

I would like to have the window to pick AISI-304 by default, but it pick Steel-mild. And it do it in all thread sizes.

is there a way to change this? 🙂

Hi Mike,

sorting in family dialog is somehow hardcoded, but I verified the following trick - rearrange rows in family table, place rows with your material up (=move "Steel" rows down):

1. Copy rows with Steel material

2. Insert copied rows, paste them bellow your material

3. Delete "Steel" rows - mean first rows will be those with your material, last rows will be "Steel" rows

This trick works on my Inventor
