Troubleshooting sketch dimensioning not appearing during all shape creation commands

Hello Inventor Forum,

My coworker is experiencing an issue with Inventor 2025 where the display of sketch dimensioning during all shape creation commands does not appear for the parts, assemblies, or drawings environments causing an inconvenience. My coworker instead has to add dimensions after placing the shapes he wanted. See the attached screenshot where yellow arrows indicate sketch dimensioning appearing during a rectangle shape creation command from my Inventor 2025.

Is there an option to turn this "dimensioning during shape creation" feature on? If yes, where would I find the option? Otherwise, could this be an graphics card issue?
