Unrealistic high loads for a dynamic simulation

Hello,

i would like to perform a dynamic simulation for a bike frame to get the forces on the bearings.

Now i have the problem, that I get unrealistic high forces and i am wondering what i did wrong?

I hope someone can help me?

with those setting I don't see wrong results.

Just the spring reaction is about more than 8 kN
