Hi,

I’m searching for the right information to get the flat pattern that I need.

I’m drawing a profile that’s 2mm thick, for example I have drawn 1 90degr profile both sides 50mm. From

that I want to get a flat pattern that is 98 mm wide.

how to get there?

im just drawing 90 degree angles for now.

A picture would really help here.

To get a flat pattern you just need to click the 'create flat pattern' on the sheet metal ribbon, assuming you created it from a sheet metal template file.

Your blank size will be also be determined by the kfactor used as the metal stretches slightly as it's bent.

Yes, you will need to include the correct k factor, I guessed at 1.
