Nvidia Control Panel and GeForce Experience Issue.

Hi there, I am currently using Acer Nitro laptop, trying to install my graphic driver GeForce gtx 1650, whenever I try to open NVidia control panel it doesn't open and even my GeForce experience wont work. Can anyone please help me out on this issue, will be really glad.

The informaiton is so limited. I can't right answer.. but, I have a big probelm with window11 with geforce driver.

If you use window11, Let it downgrade and format your hard drive first..

I used have windows 11 and i downgraded and it and tried again but still
facing same issue. Trying to open Nvidia control panel but still it is not
working. Here is my pc details
