Newly added Content Center part not showing up in browser

A few of my coworkers have had an issue where I've added a part to to an existing content center family and they won't be able to see that specific part in the family. Everyone else will be able to, just not the person who requested it(via email).

Any ideas why this would happen/possible fixes?

First make sure that person has their project file up to date and the application options are also set to use the Vault content center (if in Vault) instead of a local one. This person may be using a local drive C.C.

Has the user logged out of Vault and back in... restarted Inventor?

Check their filter in CC. Uncheck all the manufacturer.
