Hi! Purely based on your description, I guess you may create a new sketch and project the sketch blocks geometry to the new sketch.

Many thanks!

Hi,

I am trying to extrude my sketch as one piece, but since I used multiple sketch blocks and put them together to create the final sketch the extrusion comes out wrong. Is there any way to make all my assembled sketch blocks one sketch so I can extrude it as one piece?

^^ Don't want these arms to be disconnected, I want it to be attached to the centerpiece. But I can't do that since the arms and the centerpiece are individual sketch blocks, and removing the line on the centerpiece sketch would prevent extrusion.

I can't see from your image but is that in the assembly environment or part?

If you are still at the part level you could use the combine tool to join them into the same solid.

If it is a assembly you could derive the assembly into a part and use the merge seams option to turn it into a single part with no joins between the faces.

I don't have my PC near me but surely if you edit the extrude you originally created you should be able to toggle it from "New Solid' to "Join"?

Been ages since I used sketch blocks so I am a bit rusty.

Did you happen to make these arms as individual solid bodies?

I don't think so, all the sketches fall under one solid body in inventor
