part configuration ?

When I insert this part into the Assembly environment, the window of "part configuration" (shown in the attached image) appears.
And when I click on "done", it disappears, but I can't get the window back.
What do you think is the reason?
please help.

Hi!

I think that is an iLogic form.

Open the iLogic Browser and access the forms to open it.

Yes...because the rules are in the part, not in the assembly.
If you want to access the rules in assembly, edit the part (not open) in the assembly context and you have access to the part rules.

BTW, the assembly can have its own rules also.
