topic Controlling pattern visibility in drawing environment is different than doing the same in the assembly environment in Inventor Forum

Is it still true that you cannot select an entire component pattern in the drawing environment and and turn visibility on or off? This is a real pain when you have to roll down an entire pattern, select each individual instance, and change visibility, when in the assembly environment you can turn the entire pattern on or off with two clicks. Just making sure I'm not missing a feature or setting.

Hi! You may want to open the assembly and create a Design View rep. Activate the Design View rep and turn off the Component Pattern visibility. Go back to the drawing view -> edit the view -> select the newly created Design View rep and check "Associative."

Many thanks!
