it really depends on what you're looking for...

do you want the bend to be in a circular shape? or can the center piece be a pentagon with circular cut off corners?
(do you want the five pins to be flat?)

i think what you are looking for is a full 360deg rotate of the shape you sketched, and then cut the extra material away. you could also create a surface body and thicken it to make sure you have the same thickness in the radius.

Hello,

I am making a bracket which is pretty straight forward, circle shaped with 5 connector pins, ( pins pointing to each of pentagon edges). Those pins should be bent 18 degrees downwards, and im having trouble to do so. I've tried using Loft, and Sweep tools with rails made at 18 degrees, but it wont let me extrude it that way. Ill add a couple of pictures in case my explaining didn't made sense, sorry for my bad english, and thanks in advance !

Explaining the picture: So the circle should be straight, and the 5 pins should be bend with a 18 degree angle from the place where the circle's circumference is, or in other words where the circle is ending. Any idea how to do that ?
