Iproperties changing value when exporting to PDF in drawings

In my drawing template, I have it so when you insert a drawing, it automatically populates the title block with the .ipt filename and drawing number:

Whenever I try to export it to PDF, the PDF comes out with the assembly number and this title block literally changes to assembly number right before the export is complete,

Its so annoying because I have to write code to update the drawing and try re-exporting to get the proper value. Sometimes it takes 5 tries before this works properly

Any help would be great

Are you fully updated? Apparently there is a bug like this which got fixed in update 2023.1:
