Cannot export file to .stl or .obj

I'm trying to export a file from Inventor into a .stl or .obj file (so I can import it into FormLabs PreForm). I googled how to export it, and the option where you select "Other Options" to pick what format you want, or the option to export into 3D PDF, doesn't work. It's greyed out and I'm unable to click the option. How do I convert to a .stl/.obj?

HI!

I am seeing in your image tabs like "Place views", "Annotate"... You are in drawing enviroment.

You can't export a drawing to a 3D cad file (stp, stl, obj, etc etc).

Open (Import) the file (I believe it's a 3d dwg) as a 3d component first.

File -> import... and able to import 3D solids in the import settings.

Then you will be able to export it in the cad formats you mentioned.
