Adding new materials to appearance library

I'm trying to add a custom appearance with an image into Inventor. I have got it to work with my PC but not other users on other PCs.

I have moved the library from a separate network drive into our vault, and I have checked the image into the vault in the same folder alongside it. I also checked out the project file and updated the library locations to use it.

On my colleagues computers I have got the latest version of the project file, the texture and the material library. When I open Inventor I can then see the new library and see the new appearance I have created, however the texture doesn't load and makes the model turn black.

I've double checked that the appearance is using the texture file in the vault.

I've never done this before so I've followed these instructions:

Can anyone tell me where I have gone wrong?

Upon further investigation I have found this box, is it as simple as copying the files in here to my vault folder and repointing clients to use the same folder?
