I recently made a new part in inventor, and when I went to assembly the part is no where to be seen.

The file works. Record your screen, or at least take screenshots, when the problem occurs.

BTW: Some Updates for Inventor 2023 are available. The current version is 2023.2.1 (Build 271)

An additional hint (off topic):

Some of your sketches are not yet fully constrained. That may cause some problems in the future workflow.

Can you show screen capture image?

Are you in Inventor Read Only mode?

Have you rebooted the computer and the behavior persists?

Can you place other components in the assembly?

Hi! Please share the screenshot or the iam file you are working on. Also install all critical Windows updates and make sure the graphics driver is updated. Then install 2023.2 update followed by 2023.2.1 update.
