Dynamic sim data lost - Inventor crashes when i try to rebuild

Hi,

I left my simulation to do its thing for a while. Came back and somehow all the simulation data (joints, forces etc that i had added) was gone completely. Luckily the part files are fine. Now when i go back into the dynamic sim environment to rebuild my simulation, inventor crashes every time i try to insert a spacial joint.

Unfortunately i was only keeping 1 old version, which is somehow also affected, so i cant restore from a backup.

Hi! When Inventor crashed, did you send in the crash report? If yes, please send me an email johnson.shiue@autodesk.com. I would like to understand the crash better.

In the meantime, open the assembly and press Ctrl+F7 (make sure C:\Temp\ folder is present). Does the dialog report some bad bodies? Those bad bodies may contribute to instability also. Please open the parts containing the bad bodies and go through Repair Bodies workflow to fix up the badness.
