Constraint to projected geometry

Hello,

Something I noticed now already a couple of times in 2023. When i make a new sketch and I project lines on it from the geometry and I place an arc and I want to make this tangent to the projected line, I'm getting a fault message

But when I break the link from the projected line, it lets me place the constraint.

Is there somewhere a setting what I can change because in 2020 I didn't have this issue. Especially if the geometry changes dimensions and the projected line doens't follow this anymore

I attached a file. It seems that I'm having this issues only with part templates that I made myself. When I try a template what comes with Inventor, all is ok

I have no problems with it.
Check that you have the latest update (2023.2.1, I think).

I checked both edge and loop project.

No problem with tangent. 2023.2.1

I usually avoid project from the model.

Also avoid project whole face.

Just project edge I needed.

I'll project from the sketch that create the model and avoid "chain projection": project same thing from one sketch to next.

Just project from the first sketch the feature is created.
