2023 Leader text missing 'Properties - Model' options

Hi all,

In previous inventors when adding notation to a drawing I used the following extremely often;

Annotate tab-Leader text-'Properties-Model'-Title to note a part on the drawing.

On 2023 this option seems to be gone.

Is there any setting somewhere or anything I can do to go back to my old workflow.?

I found it.

Its in Standard Iproperties - attached model - TITLE.
