I know you can add dim's together and parameters, but it would be nice to be able to add a simple calculator to a form, so you can do some math without having to download a program to keep the Microsoft calculator on top.

That's probably something for external API to show up under a form.

Meanwhile, here are some ideas to vote for...
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/calculator-ui-in-measure-tool/idi-p/10402196
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/calculator-amp-design-reports/idi-p/6443931
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/multi-measures-and-calculator-tool/idi-p/5124776
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/add-caculator-to-the-measure-command/idi-p/7869024
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/equation-assistant/idi-p/7721959

I knew one day someone other than me would need this. I'm currently working on it, not clear yet, but if you can reach out, I can help guide you. I'm developing an API in C#. What you see below is nothing more than a dockable window. If you have any questions, you can contact me through the provided link. I would be glad if we could develop it together. In addition, this is not just a calculator; I am also adding some functions such as managing user forms, renaming files, file explorer integration, chromium integration, pushing parameters, and changing all iProperties. I'm sure it will be great once I find the time to finish it; I just need a little motivation.😅Regards.

Yes, you can add a calculator inside a form using simple JavaScript or by embedding a small calculation script that updates fields automatically when users enter values. This is useful for things like pricing or value estimates. For example, tools like https://goldcalculatorr.com/ show how weight, purity, and market price can be calculated instantly, which is a similar concept many forms use.

A lot of people use multiple monitors with CAD programs for such things. Not just a calculator, but any thing you need to research on one screen while keeping your main screen on your CAD program. Or you can also use Window Key + tab to switch between different windows easily.

That would actually be really useful. Even a small built-in calculator for quick math or dimension checks could save a lot of switching between apps and keep the workflow smoother. It’s one of those small quality-of-life features that becomes surprisingly valuable once you use it regularly. The same idea applies wilks calculator as well, where having quick access to calculations makes the whole process faster and more convenient.
