You'll need to be a lot more specific with your question.

What sort of engineering calculations are you looking for?

(There are a bunch of good engineering calculations built right into most of the Design Accelerators in Inventor.)

Are you looking for tutorials for how to do it in Inventor, or are you looking for the actual calculation examples so you can freehand results for comparison with Inventor results?

I would start with the site @CGBenner gave you - enter the function you want in the search box (like "deflection") and then it's over to you.

From your questions, I'd guess you don't have a mechanical/structural engineering background? If so, please make sure you get your work checked by someone who does. Computer based analysis (even the hand-calculations you are looking for) make many assumptions - so what you calculate is not necessarily what you'll be able to build. Understanding those assumptions is a critical part of interpreting your results.

Thanks for your response. I am mechanical background but when I do FEA in Inventor Nastran there are deviations in some times. In that cases, I need to heavily rely on hand calculations.

FEA need to be set up properly with same assumptions as hand cal.

Show us the calculation you see deviation.
