Is this what you are looking for? This is all in one part still. From here you can then do Manage Tab > Make Components and then create an assembly of these 2 solids. Or are you trying to make mold halves? Can you explain what your ultimate end goal is?

NO. There is have two parts in one solid body. they haven't any bind. it's like a if you subtract one object in AutoCAD and object haven't any bind, acad continue to accept there is one 3d solid.

Dont believe assembly tree list. there is another things name.

Update: I find a way with create mold design but its not easily. inventor probably haven't Indent features.

I'm not sure what you want to achieve; because you are using the terms for 3 different purposes:

separate

subtract

form

If you want to separate the parts, just use the Create Component tool I mentioned in the first comment.

If you want to subtract volumes from each other, just use the Combine tool.

To create forms, the inventor has a special module that automates the work of creating a matrix and a punch. You don't have to do it manually. You only need the product model.

But after reviewing your model again, I think I understood - you want to separate the die from the core.
If so, you have several options:

Use the mold design module

Use the copy tool to extract the bodies, then derive the parts as I described in the first comment.

For the future - if you want to be well understood, try to use the names used in Inventor; this will give you a better understanding of your workflow. In this case:

You have one part - ipt file

One part has two solid bodies

One of these solid bodies has several enclosed spaces (volumes).

Hi! I believe there are two lumps in the solid body. There isn't one command to separate the lumps into bodies. However, there is a workflow to achieve that. First, create a rectangular pattern of the body (distance = 0 and instances = 2). The two solid bodies will overlap. Hide one of them. Use Delete Face -> Lump selection -> select one lump. Unhide the other solid body and repeat the same process on the other lump.

Many thanks!
