LightRAG currently has a limitation on working with multiple workspaces, but this can be circumvented by creating different containers for the required workspaces, so that the service redirects the neural network-based agent to the appropriate container depending on the selected product.

Greetings to all the participants of this awesome forum!

Besides design, I also develop software, including using neural network models.
Recently, I decided to use LightRAG to create my knowledge base on CAD and Autodesk product capabilities.
I installed LightRAG on a virtual server and placed the necessary CAD data there, primarily related to Autodesk Inventor.

I also created a service in Go to accept requests from a web client and distribute them to LightRAG handles.
The service accesses the chagpt-5.4 model, and the agent uses it to determine whether the requested information is already in LightRAG, whether it needs to use the model's knowledge, or whether it needs to enrich the LightRAG data to obtain the exact information.

All of this works well for me.
So, the question arises: does Autodesk have any plans to create a similar framework so that users can use a specially created web form to obtain the precise data they need? For example, could Autodesk allow users to select a product and version from a drop-down list so they can access not just the manual but also step-by-step instructions and code examples for iLogic rules?

This is much more convenient than scrolling through tens of thousands of pages of a static guide.

Using this approach has significantly improved my design efficiency in my projects.

I sincerely respect Autodesk products and want to see them become more efficient.

Thank you for your attention to my question.

With the current state of neural network modeling, this solution could be implemented in a matter of days. And it will be of enormous benefit to the community - it worked for me!
At first, I used VS Code + Codex + Inventor API manual + code examples for iLogic rules.
And even then, it worked well.

I'm now able to vibe-code the most complex iLogic rules to process the results of various intermediate Python scripts, as these scripts can solve a number of problems more efficiently than iLogic rules.
If Autodesk were to offer its clients a cloud-based solution for engineering vibe-coding using, at least, Python, that would be incredibly exciting! This would be a major step forward in the development of design automation and the iLogic product itself.

For example, yesterday, in just a couple of hours, I prepared two rules and a Python script that allow for maximum automation of the process of creating uniformly distributed holes on curved surfaces.

Now this solution allows us to go further and complicate the subtraction geometry.

Does Autodesk have an understanding of what kind of cool ready-made solutions it can accumulate within its knowledge base for users?

I read the news that Claude was integrated with Autodesk, but I would like to understand in more detail what awaits us in terms of using neural network technologies for design.

Hi John,

The ability is evolving fairly rapidly. I am not on top of it either. You may simply ask Autodesk Assistant if a given request can be fulfilled.

Many thanks!
