The 3d sketches are top and bottom rails and the 2d sketches are shown aswell. Can i get some advice as to what im missing ?

I tried rounding out the end of a helical cut by using a full round fillet. I think it's easier if you wait to add the root radii of your thread until after the full round:

Circling back to this topic after being away for a while, the best method is to use Solid Sweep. Instead of sweeping a 2D profile, you essentially create the 3D cutter as a separate solid body, then use the Sweep tool with Solid Sweep toggled on to drive the cutter along the path. That leaves the end as realistic as Inventor can make it.

If you're interested in the file, I created the above image in Inventor 2027, which you would need in order to open it.
