Hi Jim,

I don't think so. MIL spec parts are very specific, not commonly used in general manufacturing industry.

Many thanks!

Does Inventor's Content Center offer MIL standard parts?

I've been searching the boards as well as the Net and not finding much...still looking.

I don't think so, based on this old post:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/ms-an-mil-spec-fasteners/td-p/1187910

But some good stuff at least comes out of it:
https://www.mcmaster.com/products/mil-spec-screws/
https://quicksearch.dla.mil/qssearch.aspx

So Adesk is not military friendly?....j/k of course.

Understood, would be great to have though, at least as an option for those of us who do use these type of parts.

My worry is a user who creates such may not be doing them to spec as well. I have seen a few instance where a user will model only the interfaces he needs to MIL spec and not the rest or other features. Then when another user bases their design off such, well, you can imagine the cluster that creates.
