Attached is what I drew/ when i'm on my sketch 2 and click the cutting tool, only 3 are highlighted green and there's one that isn't green and i can't click on it. does anyone know what is wrong there?

thank you.

The sheet metal Cut tool still uses the old profile recognition routine that requires point-to-point connectivity (try the Extrude tool and you'll see that it does recognize that loop as a valid profile).

I found that in the spot circled below the end points of the two lines making up the edge do not coincide, so there is no continuity there. Just use a Coincident constraint to make them coincide and the Cut tool will be happy.

Update: the same is true on the other side of that loop, so there are two spots to fix.

Note, though, that this sketch is massively under-constrained-- lower right corner says 224 dimensions (and/or constraints) are needed.

Hi! As an alternative workflow before the Cut adopts the new geometry-based profile recognition ability, you may use Extrude Cut to achieve the same goal.

Many thanks!
