I can't share any files sorry. I sometimes work on product animations, so when I notice an error, I just fix it directly. I don’t really follow a formal process. I use blender just to show how my product works and make it move. Nothing complicated.

Hello everyone,

I have some questions regarding simulations, an area I have been researching and would like to improve myself in.

I would like to make my designs more reliable by doing studies similar to those my colleagues have done in the links below. For this reason, I conducted some research on how these can be done. Are the conclusions I have reached correct? I would like to learn from your experiences as well.

Using the Dynamic Simulation module and transferring the obtained result into Inventor Studio.

Defining the assembly value of the relation to which we will assign motion in Inventor Studio from an fx parameter to parameter, and finally running these parameters in Inventor Studio.

If you have any additional methods on these topics, please let me know.

I am currently developing myself in the Dynamic Simulation module. I find Wasim Younis’ book sufficient regarding the content:

https://www.waterstones.com/book/up-and-running-with-autodesk-inventor-simulation-2011/wasim-younis/9780123821027

Would you recommend any additional resources? Your answers will be very valuable to me.

Sample videos.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTg7IBzgFUc

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkXx5EzVPM4

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32EvBj1JXP8

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saXPYfqVg6w

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRkiOFFGshQ

Hi, I dont like using studio or inventor itself for animations. What I did is install another software like "Blender", import my files and did all my animations there. You need a bit of youtube to learn at first but I find it much more easier. Thanks

Hi, do you have any sample works you could share? How does your process work when you notice an error in the animation and need to go back to check it?
