iPart and iPart member will not "update"

For some strange reason I have an iPart, Thread-O-Let, that just will not update/migrate. I created the part in IV2025, I've saved the part multiple times in IV2025, I've ran the part and all it's members through the Task Scheduler several times, but when I try to use Design Assistant on any assembly which uses a specific TOL size, I get this error, (see image)

It makes no sense, all the other sizes of TOL's I use have no problem, it's just the one size. I have deleted that family member out of the folder and re-generated it, saved, Task Scheduler, and still it says it's out of date?

Any ideas what might be causing this issue or how to fix, delete, solve this "one" iPart member weirdness?

Could you change the size to one that it isn't complaining about, do your Design Assistant stuff, and then change them back?

I've had problems with some iParts that for no apparent reason had certain members that have caused similar problems.

Could it be something with the threads, perhaps - I'm trying to remember ... I had something once, it might have been causing a problem somewhere other than design assistant , but it was something like: the thread spreadsheet said .437 and I was using .4375 in the model or something, or maybe it was more like one of them was somehow actually .437001. Is something related to the threads calculated somehow rather than a number directly in the iPart table? Did you add special threads to the spreadsheet that are used here?

(I'm just throwing spitballs here.)

Oh wait I see you problem: whoever set up your file server misspelled "Vendor"! (Just kidding.)

If you delete the member file and generate it again, will it work better then?

@johnsonshiue I've done that several times, still that one member doesn't work? Very frustrating that it doesn't tell you what is wrong, it just tells you there is an issue
