Autodesk Inventor Crash

Morning all,

is about 1 week or more then inventor crash a lot, especially when i try to save file or open a file, no matter if it was a part or idw, i leave a screen whit error report

do you know what happen? I have no inventor update, i've checked w11 update and i have the last version so i can't figure out why i have all this crash

The files you're trying to open are locally in your pc, or in an external location?

Check if you have at least a couple of Gigabytes available in your disc C:

Morning,

the file are in external location is a virtual server where our office work, but we use this from years and my co-worker haven't crash problem.

However Disk C: is for half free (about 350gb)

Just for testing purposes, copy the files locally and try again.

If you can provide the report number for the crash, or the email address you supplied in the report, I can check the database to see if the report sheds any light on what might be going wrong on your system.

Report 715396787 shows you are hitting a known crash with the Inventor 2024.1.0 update. We released the 2024.1.1 earlier this month to specifically address this crash. When you submitted the crash report you should have received (both in your web browser and via email) a link to a knowledge based article directing you to apply the 2024.1.1 update.

Please install the 2024.1.1 update and let us know if you still experiencing this crash.
