&lt;LI&gt;Go to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Annotate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;TAB &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Table&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Panel &amp;gt; select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;General t&lt;/STRONG&gt;able feature.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;In the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Table&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;dialogue, select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Browse&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;button and find the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Spreadsheet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;you wish to insert on the drawing. Once the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Spreadsheet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;has been selected the Data&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Start Cell&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Column Header Row&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;will be populated respectfully.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Inventor .IDW with Linked Excel FIle Question</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I link an excel spreadsheet of text&amp;nbsp;into my .idw files and I constantly have this issue where the text is crowded (see attached).&amp;nbsp; I've tried changing the font, etc. but nothing seems to help.&amp;nbsp; Every once in a while if I move the linked sheet within the .idw it corrects itself.&amp;nbsp; Any idea why this happens or how I can get around this?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using Inventor 2012.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
