Select Faces and Edges command on Custom Panel

I frequently use the Select Faces and Edges command in the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). I would like to add the command to the Custom Panel on the Assemble Tab so I don't have to use the drop down menu, but when I am in Customize User Commands, I cannot find the command when on the Ribbon tab. When on the Markup Menu tab, I can find it and add it to the Markup Menu, and I can add it as a keyboard shortcut. I have searched the Ribbon tab but can't find the command there. Why is it not available for the Custom Panel?

Do you know Shift + RMB combination?
